Overview
Remote360 for BlackBerry is an application that enables IT
administrators to securely connect to and remotely operate the
BlackBerry devices being utilized in their organization. Currently, if
an issue occurs with a BlackBerry device, the user must schedule
an in-office appointment with an IT representative to resolve the
problem, wasting valuable time and costing the organization money.
Remote360’s key competitive advantage is the ability to greatly
reduce the time to resolution by allowing an administrator remote
access to resolve software issues, resulting in significant time and
cost savings.
The Remote360 application suite is comprised of three components:

A distributed smartphone application that provides remote access to the device. - Remote360 Admin Console:
A web browser based interface used by support staff to access a smartphone device remotely. - Remote360 Server:
A server-based Java application that facilitates communication between the other two components.
